The Documentary and Feature Film Studios celebrates its 71st birthday.
From the time when the Documentary Film Studio was established on December 29, 1949 by order of the Minister of Culture and Art until today, hundreds of documentary and feature films have been produced here. The most important filmmakers collaborate with WFDiF, and the films win awards at international and national festivals.
The Documentary and Feature Film Studio in Warsaw is the largest film production center in Poland and a thriving cultural institution.
The studio is constantly developing its technological facilities and film infrastructure. Modern image and sound post-production studios allow you to make films at the highest world level, and modern film equipment allows for the most technologically advanced film productions.
In recent years, the Studio has also become a recognizable center of modern film education, open to filmmakers and audiences. The most important educational projects of WFDiF include Film Plan, Workshop of Scenarios and the newest educational and film platform WFDiF.ONLINE, which provides free viewing of classics of Polish feature and documentary films, as well as lesson scenarios and making of, thanks to which you can create an online film lesson.
