The Documentary and Feature Film Studio at 21 Chełmska Street in Warsaw is a legendary institution that has been making Polish films for 70 years. It was founded in 1949, at the beginning as a centre of documentary film production and the Polish Film Chronicle, soon becoming an important centre for feature films. Currently, the Documentary and Feature Film Studio in Warsaw is the largest centre of film production in Poland and a thriving cultural institution.
The 70th anniversary is an opportunity to present the most important achievements, film output and history of the Studio during festivals and special events in Poland and abroad.
